Two Southern California business women, Judith Peters and Kamie Cicinelli, have co-founded and funded Project Boot. These women are using their network of business associates, family, and friends to launch this initiative. The many Navy and Marine families in the San Diego community served as strong inspiration in developing Project Boot.
